“It’s all in the details” is a familiar phrase for Bryce Knight, Art Manager at WB Games San Diego, where he specializes in 3D asset creation, mobile development, visual effects and many other creative features.

Bryce’s love for gaming began with the infamous E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial video game for Atari 2600, which he played through several times as a child. He became fascinated by what made games tick and dreamt of one day creating them himself. This curiosity drove him to learn about music, art and coding, eventually landing him his first opportunity as a Technical Artist in 2005.

“I soon fell in love with the diversity of tasks and challenges that technical art in gaming provides,” he recalls. “It’s been an amazing ride since!”

Since joining Warner Bros. Game San Diego in 2019, he has been focused on developing art pipelines and working on all things tech art related. As one of the studio’s first hires, Bryce is looking forward to helping create the next generation of free-to-play mobile games for the expanding global market.

“The history, culture and people combined make Warner Bros. Games San Diego a great place to work,” he says. “It’s still a bit surreal to be involved with the content and people that inspired me in my youth. I’m honored to take part in the development of such a vast and beloved collection of interactive entertainment!”
