Tuesday

8:00 A.M. Today, I'm in the office getting ready for the upcoming events of the day- a WBD Leadership Town Hall in the morning and a Vibras (Buisness Resource Group) screening of the independent film A Little Family Drama in the evening.

8:20 A.M. I walk over to the WB Studio backlot to hear to the Leadership Town Hall - the Gilmore Girls gazebo makes a special appearance!

8:30 A.M. I've arrived at the ONE WBD Leadership conversation at the iconic Steven J. Ross Theater.

10:45 A.M. By 10:45, I've arrived back in the office and begin working on the Vibras screening event in the evening.

6:40 P.M. We've arrived at our Vibra's activation for Hispanic Heritage Month! Alongside my Vibras LA co-chair, Sylvia Moreno, we're greeting the guests who came out to our screening of Independent Film, A Little Family Drama.

6:45 P.M. A Little Family Drama cast and crew join Jennifer Ramon, Director of Multicultural Marketing, for a conversation.

9:15 P.M. Hair is up and the Vibras screening is officially over!

Wednesday

8:30 A.M. I start the work day by helping welcome and seat WBD employees to the Making an Impact with Mindy Kailing event.

9:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. I shift gears and start to prep for Impact Day t-shirt distribution. We're handing out Impact Day t-shirts to those volunteering for Impact Day on Friday, September 27th!

1:00 P.M. onward The second half of the day flies by- I jump into meetings and squeeze in a walk-through at the WB Lot Commissary, which is where Vibras is posting their upcoming food festival, Taste of Tradicion. To round the day out, I prepped reminder emails for my Impact Day volunteer project!

Thursday

9 A.M. One day to go until Impact Day! I started the morning helping my team bring over supplies for tomorrow's Impact Day volunteer projects at our Second Century offices in Burbank.

10:30 A.M. By 10:30, I'm on to prepping for the next round of Impact Day t-shirt distribution at Second Century, happening later in the day. With so many employees taking part in Impact Day volunteer activities, this is truly a team effort behind the scenes to make this happen.

11:30 A.M. Back in the office with a little caffeine boost!

2:00 P.M. I took a break from Impact Day prep and headed to the Commissary with the Vibras LA Leadership team to take a look at the newly installed Vibras Hispanic Heritage Month banner.

5:30 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. After month long planning, Vibras came together with the Latino BRGs from eight other studios and media companies to host a Cross Studio Panel & Mixer. WBD's Vibras LA Co-Chair, Sylvia Moreno, and I are so excited to celebrate all the work that went into planning the event!

Friday

8:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. I'm up early- today I'm serving as the Impact Day Project Leader for our volunteer project with Habitat for Humanity in South LA. I was able to lead two volunteer shifts of about 20 employees each throughout the day. We nailed side boards, did some power tool sawing, and so much more!

11:30 A.M. Quick break for a group shot with my first Impact Day volunteer shift of the day. We had a great crew!

5:00 P.M. Got home and saw a little surprise on WBD's Instagram! (Check it out here!)
