We’ve got another Black History Month Employee Spotlight for you! Introducing Chasitie Bradford, Senior Designer at WBD Sports and the mastermind behind an inspiring program for women working in the sports space.

"To say there's excitement running through Warner Bros. Discovery is an understatement. The company has transformed in so many amazing ways, and I'm proud to be a part of change at our organization. About three years ago, I pitched a project to better engage and support women working in the sports space. The project is called She Got It, and it's come to fruition as an app connecting women and allies to access career resources, meet colleagues, build community and amplify voices speaking from all different experiences, identities, communities and backgrounds. Historically, women have been underserved in the sports industry across the country and the world. But over the years, we've harnessed our power and claimed our space, not only in sports but in media and business. Talented, expert, passionate women are stepping into positions of influence to help change the narrative. And the more involved we are in writing our own stories, the more we can share our experiences to support further progress for the next generation."
