This Women’s History Month, we’re shining a light on the real-life superheroes: the phenomenal female talent working behind-the-scenes at WBD, each an example of dedication and courage in their respective fields.

First up is Jennifer Dill, VP of Gaming & Women’s Sports Strategy at WBD Sports.

"In 2022, women’s sports strategy was added to my responsibilities out of a desire within WBD Sports to set greater intention towards empowering, amplifying, and investing in women in sports – that includes athletes, teams, sports, and as fans.

While that work has always been an integral part of our organization’s DNA, it’s my job to set the roadmap to ensure we’re unifying our efforts and putting the onus on all our platforms to heighten the visibility of women and girls, authentically tell their stories, and foster fandom.

Fans see that through WBD Sports’ presentation of the SheBelieves Cup and USWNT games on HBO Max and TNT, documentaries like “As We Rise” on NBATV highlighting the first 25 years of the WNBA, and the amazing content the women of HighlightHER publish every day across social, digital, and TV.”
