This Women’s History Month, we are shining a light on the real-life superheroes: the phenomenal female talent working behind-the-scenes at WBD, each an example of dedication and courage in their respective fields.

Next up is Rosalyn Douglass, Manager of Production, HBO/HBOMax Scripted Content.

"Most consumers don’t realize how many craftspeople work behind the camera to create the content they consume. The production department is responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of hundreds of individuals each day while also managing budgets, schedules and protecting the creative standards that the Programming team has set. Being able to work alongside groups like Production Legal and Production HR to streamline the resources we provide to our cast and crew has been such a rewarding experience. Creating change can definitely be a long game, but I hope that the work we do makes a positive impact on our sets.”
