"Advocating for diversity and inclusion in front of and behind the scenes is a passion of mine. At TLC, I am so proud to work on a variety of shows that are diverse and also celebrate acceptance by featuring people from all walks of life that have unique and interesting stories. A few of the projects I oversee that are very close to my personal mission of inclusion are: Doubling Down with the Derricos, where a loving African American family with 14 kids shares how they navigate day to day life, The Book of Queer, which highlights some of history's queer heroes whose stories have not been told, My Big Fat Fabulous Life which follows Whitney Thore, who puts forward her "No Body Shame" message, and I Am Shauna Rae, a series about a young 23 year old woman who is finding her independence at 3'10" due to a medical condition."
